Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your POM Vault subscription. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will provide a full refund for up to one year of member services. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUND PROCESS

Please contact info@pomvault.com or call 904.814.8299 to request a refund. Once we have received your request, please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
